Can I try before I buy?
Yes! Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more), plus PayPal and Apple Pay, through Polar, our secure payment provider. Available options are shown automatically based on your device and location. A VAT invoice is available on request.
What happens when my trial ends?
After your 14-day trial, you'll need a subscription to keep using Whisma. We never delete anything, your accounts and settings stay safe, so you can pick up right where you left off whenever you subscribe.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can switch between the monthly and yearly plans anytime from "Manage billing". There's no extra charge or refund when you switch, you simply start paying the new plan's price at your next renewal. The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase, so it sits outside the switchable plans.
Is the lifetime plan really forever?
Yes! The lifetime plan gives you permanent access to Whisma, including all future updates and new features. Pay once, use forever.
